The Chesterville duplex is based on our Bentleigh 29 pre-designed floor plan showing a practical yet spacious duplex design.

Based on the Bentleigh 29 pre-designed floor plan and adapted to suit a 15.24m (50’) block the Chesterville duplex project offers 2 townhouses with 28 Squares each.

Each townhouse comprises of 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and a double garage with storage space. The Bentleigh 29 design has all the spaces and luxuries of a full size home including a ground floor guest bedroom, study, 2 living spaces, fully appointed kitchen with WIP and large master suite.

Our award-winning design team have tailored the floor plan to take advantage of the northern aspect by modifying the rear eaves and window placements of each townhouse to ensure comfortable living all year round.

    Designed for Melbourne

    The Bentleigh 29 pre-designed floor plan was modified to suit this 15.24m (50’) block in Bentleigh East and these size blocks are common across the established suburbs of Melbourne. The flexibility provided by Latitude 37 enabled the design to be modified and utilise the site to it’s full capacity.

    The design for this block needed to maximise resale value to ensure full realisation of the clients investment in the block, the result is a duplex design that offers the everyday living of a family home in 2 separate townhouses, maximising the blocks equity for the client.
