Modern minimalism meets coastal comfort

Modern minimalism meets coastal comfort

Nestled at the end of a quiet costal lane, Osprey by Latitude 37 highlights the modern, coastal vision that served as inspiration for this beachfront design. The natural timber features of the modern and contemporary façade bring warmth and texture to the traditional coastal design.

The functional, bespoke, custom design offers 47 squares of living space including four bedrooms, two living areas, study, library, mud room, deck, and balcony. Drenched in sunlight, the living room offers scenic views of the bay and was a key feature, encapsulating the ‘bringing the outside, in’ concept that underpinned the design inspiration. This design maximises the panoramic views of the bay in Carrum so that our clients can enjoy countless afternoons capturing breath-taking sunsets.

Our award winning, in-house design team honed in on crisp whites, light woods, natural tiles and textures offset by sleek black features for the luxury fixtures and fittings to create the perfect balance between modern and coastal. Our designers incorporated the prominent, curved features throughout the custom home, paying homage the surrounding ocean and architecture.

A vision turns to reality.
