Doug MacLeod is the Founder and Director of Latitude 37, the Melbourne custom design-and-build home builder he established in 2006.
A Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) graduate, Doug built the systems, team and culture behind Latitude 37’s integrated model, bringing design, interiors, construction and aftercare into one accountable process.
His background spans engineering and project management across Australia and South East Asia, including industrial and commercial developments up to $110 million, before founding Latitude 37 to deliver premium custom homes across Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula.
