Our Display homes will reopen this weekend following the announcements of 5 day lockdown being lifted. We will continue to follow the guidelines of two square metres per person.
Maximum covid safe patronage is listed for each respective display below.
It is rare to see more than 20 people in our display homes at any one time, so on that basis we will open our Display Homes to the public to what we would consider normal capacity.
We will adhere to CHO measures and practise social distancing, fitted mask wearing, hand sanitiser will be available upon entry and exit, and upon arrival we will record your details to support contact tracing if required.

Latitude 37’s custom display home, dubbed the Horizon, is essential viewing for people seeking to create a contemporary urban sanctuary with striking features, innovations and value. The 563 square metre luxury display home showcases Latitude 37’s custom design capabilities and offers a masterclass in sloping block design and liveable luxury.
As far as luxury display homes in Melbourne, this one is one of the best. Northern Sunlight floods through the layout, which follows more than four metres of fall on its sloping corner block, stepping through for ground floor to create natural living zones and visual interest. The designer treats start at the front door, which pivots open from a two-storey column of textured limestone, to a 6.5 metre void and outdoor zone, then onto a raised horizon edged pool that takes centre stage in the glamourous resort setting with outdoor living beneath a double height alfresco roof.
Bifold glass doors seamlessly blend outdoor living with the dining, family, living and kitchen zone. The cedar lined, double height roof continues indoors, forming a two storey void over the dining area and finishing over the upper level rumpus room.
Adding to the continuum are polished concrete style, large format porcelain tiles that flow indoors and out and through the home’s three bathrooms, two powder rooms and laundry. Almost every room in this custom show home looks over the pool and outdoor zone, which is embraced as a central courtyard within the layout.
The ground level moves up from garage to laundry, mudroom and cellar, rising to open-plan living, dining, kitchen, and butler’s pantry, up again to the double height entrance, then finally stepping up to the master bedroom with its spacious ensuite, dressing room and second living room.
Upstairs three bedrooms join the rumpus room, study, family bathroom and a second powder room.
Design Manager Chris Sfiligoj says this custom display home epitomises Latitude 37’s design capability, working with the land, solar orientation, and seamless flow from space to space that works for every day living.
