Take a journey through some of the key milestones of the Latitude 37 story.
Latitude 37 Projects was founded as a one-source destination for custom home design and construction in Melbourne Australia, backed by years of experience in construction and property.
Following the completion of the group’s first custom homes in the Sandhurst Golf Estate, we experienced major business growth through client referrals.
Rebranding to Latitude 37 Homes, we delivered a large number of custom home builds to meet market demand.
Early accolades came in the form of 2008 Master Builders Best Custom Home and 2009 Housing Industry of Australia (HIA) Custom Built Home and Townhouse/Villa over 10 dwellings.
The first dedicated display home on Belmore Road in Balwyn Melbourne opened in 2014. The team won HIA Professional Medium Builder in 2014 and 2015.
At this time, Latitude 37 was delivering up to 150 homes a year for clients across Melbourne.
In 2018, we strategically reduced the number of homes delivered to 35-40 premium, bespoke homes each year to focus on increasingly larger and complex quality projects.
At the national HIA annual awards, we won the Professional Medium Builder of the Year.
Encapsulating modern luxury with quality craftsmanship, our Sanctuary display home in Balwyn North was awarded the 2022 Master Builders’ Best Display Home in Australia.
We were awarded 2023 Master Builders Victoria Best Custom Home $1M - $2M for our Canterbury client home.
In 2024 we strategically refined our approach focusing on fewer, more complex projects to uphold the highest standards of craftsmanship.
We completed Waterfront, one of the most considered and complex homes we have delivered to date.
We marked 20 years of Latitude 37, shaped by care, discipline, and the trust of the clients we have built alongside.
