The package extends beyond the residence itself. A tiled concrete pool and spa, bespoke cedar sauna, driveway, fencing, gates, hard and soft landscaping, external works and bespoke interiors are coordinated within the complete outcome.

One builder and one contract bring every part of the project together. Design, interiors, construction, landscaping and the pool are coordinated through Latitude 37, reducing separate contracts, handovers and trades for the owner to manage.

Site clearing and demolition are scheduled to begin in August 2026, with construction able to commence within approximately two months of contract. Before works progress, there remains a limited window to personalise selected finishes, fixtures and interior details within the resolved design.
