Kaitie’s journey to her role as Operations Manager at Latitude 37 is a testament to her proactive mindset and keen business acumen. With more than 10 years of experience spanning both sales and operations, Kaitie naturally gravitated toward improving processes, managing teams and enhancing the client experience. As a result, she saw opportunities to add value to the business and stepped into them, ultimately shaping a role that is now essential to Latitude 37’s success.

“My background in project management and sales has fundamentally shaped how I work and lead. I don’t see sales as a transaction; I see it as creative problem-solving, guiding clients and providing them with the insights they need to make the best decisions for their home,” she explains.

Day to day, Kaitie oversees everything from initial concept discussions to the final design sign-off, allowing every stage to be executed efficiently and with clear communication between all parties.

“Upholding high standards is essential—not just in the homes we create, but in the entire client experience. I support each stage of the process, ensuring consistency and expertise from initial concept through to completion.”
