The interior uses a combination of polished concrete floors, monochrome colour palette and touches of black steel, inspired by the client’s love for contemporary design. Pops of colour in the furnishings and décor breathe energy into the space.

As empty nesters in a large family home, the clients decided to engage Latitude 37 to custom design and build a new home that would meet their needs moving forward.

The unique design features a void that stretches the length of the home creating large open space and inviting an abundance of natural light. Every area of the home is intimately connected, creating a harmonious living experience.

“My favourite space in the home has to be my kitchen/family room. It is the heart and soul of my home. I have a very large family, with lots of gorgeous grandkids and when they fill the space it warms my heart.”

The kitchen offers a spacious layout that allows family and friends to gather with ease. Integrated appliances enhance the homes’ entertaining capability where functionality and style were equally important. They blend seamlessly into the custom joinery providing an uncluttered look and preserving the clean lines for a minimalist aesthetic.
