Positioned in a leafy pocket of Hawthorn East, this bespoke multigenerational residence balances contemporary design with enduring functionality. Conceived as a home for life’s evolving stages, its dual master suite configuration offers both ground-floor accessibility and secluded retreat. A sculptural entry promenade leads to a semi-detached gym that connects to the internal courtyard, fostering an atmosphere of wellness, light and spatial flow. A three-car garage offers generous parking space, while the considered material palette pairs concrete-rendered walls with rich timber accents that lend depth, texture and warmth throughout the interiors.
