Coastal Calm: Mount Eliza Spotlight

Nestled just an hour from the heart of Melbourne, Mount Eliza has emerged as one of Victoria’s most sought-after coastal gems. It’s one of the reasons our Founding Director Doug Macleod moved from Melbourne with his young family 12 years ago to Mount Eliza.

Through 2022 & 2023, Latitude 37 completed around a dozen homes in Mount Eliza, including custom-designed homes for individual clients and a number of our own developments such as luxury homes Retreat House and View House. A new development comprising Haven and Promenade, two large, luxury homes in Glen Shian Crescent, has recently been completed and launched to market.

“There are so many amazing places around town. Ezra Next Door and Ad Hoc are great spots for brunch, and 1001 Nights is our go-to for an easy takeaway. I also love Mt. Terrasse, a local bistro that’s perfect for a cup of coffee or glass of wine.”

As he reflects on his experiences in Mount Eliza, Doug looks to the recent additions of Haven and Promenade as his favourite Latitude 37 projects in the area.
