“We built this project with Latitude 37, and it was designed from the beginning as a multi-generational project - all of us could live in one space. Being able to have 6 or 8 people living in here at any time.”

Steve Wyatt, the lead designer, worked closely with Wayne to shape a home around what mattered most: space, flow, and purpose.
“At the start of the project, I meet with the client to get an idea of what they’re hoping to achieve. What are the non-negotiables? What are the necessities? And then really build the project around their lifestyle.” said Steve Wyatt Lead Designer
In addition to his non-negotiables stated above, Wayne’s passion for food is reflected in the expansive open-plan kitchen and dining zone. A space capable of hosting extended family around a 12-seater table, while maintaining strong visual and physical connection to both the living area and alfresco.
“We’re from a culinary background. It was incredibly important to have the best kitchen I could possibly design, and family had to be part of that. Big open space. Plenty of room for everyone.”

From the street, the home makes an immediate statement. Set high on the block, it features strong lines and a refined yet bold aesthetic. But it’s the warmth inside that leaves a lasting impression.
“The house is bold. As soon as you come around the corner and up the hill, it’s got great street presence. I hand-selected a small palette, drawing from nature with stone, concrete, and timber to warm up an otherwise unashamedly contemporary house.” said Inna, Interior Design Lead
